Equipment of AJ Series Concrete Batching Plant
- Concrete batching machine
It can be divided into two categories: centralized weighing and separate weighing. The former has low cost, but is not efficient and accurate in weighing of aggregate, which is commonly found in hopper type batch plant. The latter allows for separate weighing of aggregate at the same time, thus it delivers higher accuracy and higher efficiency in weighing.
- Concrete mixer
Concrete mixer is the central part of concrete ready mix plant which is used to mix various ingredients to form concrete. Generally, twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer (JS series) is used to ensure a quality and even mixture of concrete.
- Cement silo
It is the unit to store cement and fly ash. The silo can be bolted or welded depending on your project. Specially speaking, bolted silo is suitable for large concrete batching plants, which is convenient to transport in container. The welded type is commonly found in small batching plants, and it offers good sealing.



- Powder weighing hopper
It is used to weigh powder (cement, fly ash, etc).

1. What is the material of the mixer liner?
It is made of high manganese alloy with excellent wear resistance. It is a wearing part, and the service life is determined by the amount of agitation.
2. Can the plant be powered by the generator?
No, it is not recommended, because the generator supply voltage is unstable, which will affect the stability of the whole mixing plant.
If only the generator can be used, it is recommended to equip a voltage regulator.
3. What is the material of the admixture weighing tank?
It is made of stainless steel since the admixture is corrosive.
4. What is the error in the weighing system?
