How Does The Pumping System Work?

The pumping mechanism mainly consists of two main oil cylinders, a water tank, reversing device, two concrete tanks, two concrete pistons, hopper, S pipe valve, swing arm, two swing cylinders and discharge port.

During concrete pumping operation, the high-pressure oil output by the main oil pump is distributed to the main oil cylinder through the sequence valves, so that the piston rod of the main oil cylinder is pushed forward and backward, thereby moving the piston of the concrete cylinder, sucking or extruding the concrete into the concrete cylinder.

At the same time, the swing cylinder drives the swing arm under the pressure of high-pressure oil, which drives the S valve to switch back and forth between the two concrete cylinder outlets.

Through the continuous reciprocating movement of the concrete cylinder and the back-and-forth switching of the S tube valve, continuous suction and extrusion of the concrete is achieved, so as to realize the entire pumping process.
