Ready Mix Concrete Plant Parts And Systems

There are several parts and systems that constitute the concrete plant and make it work perfectly towards your goals.

  • Storage system: cement is stored in the cement solo; admixture is stored in a steel structure container.
  • Weighing system: the weighing of aggregate, cement, fly ash, water and admixture. These ingredients are weighed at the same time, among which the aggregate can use a centralized weighing or individual weighing depending on your request.
  • Conveying system: hopper or belt conveyor is used to transfer aggregate to the mixer; screw conveyor is used for transferring cement to the mixer; water and admixture are transferred by water pumps.
  • Mixing system: the heart of the whole concrete plant is mixer, and there are different types for you to choose from, such as JS series and JSS series concrete mixer.
  • Control system: this unit consists of control room, power cabinet, weak power console, air conditioner, etc. The plant can be controlled automatically or semi-automatically.

Ready Mix Concrete Process

The concrete batching plant process mainly includes: batching, weighing, conveying, mixing and discharging.

  1. Select the required proportion of ingredients and production capability on the computer.
  2. Aggregate, cement, water and admixtures are batching at the same time, which will be automatically stopped when the target value is reached.
  3. When aggregate batching is finished, the hopper stops at the lower limit. The weighing belt will transport the material to the hopper. After finished, the next batch is automatically dispensed.
  4. At the same time, cement, water and admixture weighing is conducted.
  5. After weighing, the hopper will discharge the aggregate into the mixer. Cement, water and admixtures are sequentially discharged into the mixer and stirred.
  6. After even stirring, the discharge door of mixer will open to discharge concrete.
