Concrete batching plant is mainly composed of five systems, including the mixing system, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, and other auxiliary facilities. It uses cement as a cementing material, mixing raw materials such as sand, lime, coal slag, etc. to produce concrete mixture.
Mixing system: the mixer machine mainly adopts forced type, which can mix various concretes such as fluidity, semi-dryness and dryness.
Weighing system: it is a key component that affects the quality of concrete and the production cost of concrete. It is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing.
Material conveying system: it consists of three parts: aggregate conveying, powder conveying, water and admixture conveying.
Material storage system: aggregates are stacked in the open air; powder materials are stored in fully enclosed steel structure silos; admixtures are stored in steel structure containers.
Control system: it can have different functions and configurations according to the different requirements of the user and the size of the concrete mixing plant. Generally, the control system of the small concrete batching plant is simpler, while the system of the large concrete plant is relatively complicated.
Concrete Batching Plant Process Flow
The work flow of the concrete mixing plant consists of four parts: weighing and feeding of sand and gravel, weighing and feeding of powder (cement, fly ash, etc.), weighing and feeding of water and admixture, mixing and storage. After the mixer control system is powered on, it enters the operation interface of human-machine dialogue, and the system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc. According to the weighing, each silo and weighing hopper are tested, and the signal of empty or full is output, prompting the operator to determine whether to start the stirring control program. Start the sand and stone conveyor belt motor to feed into the measuring hopper; open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement silo; start the screw conveyor motor to convey the fly ash and cement to the measuring hopper; open the control valves of the water tank and admixture tank to make the water and admixture flow into the weighing hopper. After the metering meets the set requirements, the metering bucket door is opened, and the ingredients enter the concrete mixer that has been started to mix. The mixer door is opened at the set time, and the concrete enters the mixer truck.
