Bricks manufacture by the mobile machine are directly laid on the concrete floor in lines, cycle by cycle. Therefore, the machine also minimizes the requirement of pallets, which greatly reduces the investment in pallets.

Fly ash bricks manufacturing process:

The production process consists of batching and mixing of raw materials, preparation of pallets, mixing of coating material, brick molding process and curing.

Raw material is mixed with, in the required proportions by batching machine and weighing hoppers, to produce an uniform mixture. The mixed materials are then conveyed to the brick making machine from where high quality bricks are continuously made. At the same time, pallets are fed into the machine to store and stack the freshly molded bricks. If you need to produce bricks of a certain color, pan mixer and belt conveyor are provided to process coating material. The finished bricks on pallets are taken to the curing site where bricks are usually cured by water spray. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days for curing.
