Fly ash brick machine is engineered to make burning-free bricks which are lighter, stronger and more eco-friendly than traditionally made blocks. The manufacturing method also saves energy and costs less than traditional brick manufacturing. Designed with the latest technology and standards, AIMIX brick machine aims to provide maximum efficiency and optimum performance in fly ash bricks production. The same machine can also be employed for making concrete blocks, cement blocks, soil blocks and the like.

Types of Fly Ash Bricks Machine
Hydraulic vs. mechanical
Hydraulic brick machine is one of our main product range. With high compressive strength, it is a popular option for brick manufacturing. The machine is designed with a hydraulic station and hydraulic pressure cylinder so that it provides better forming effect than a mechanical block machine. Besides, it can produce paving blocks with coating materials, while a mechanical one cannot.
Stationary vs. mobile
Stationary fly ash block machine has a small occupying area as it is fixed on the concrete floor for brick manufacturing. It is designed with a range of capacities to suit varied needs of clients. The brick production also requires pallets onto which the freshly molded bricks are stored.
Mobile brick machine requires a larger occupying area for that it moves during the brick production. Bricks manufacture by the mobile machine are directly laid on the concrete floor in lines, cycle by cycle. Therefore, the machine also minimizes the requirement of pallets, which greatly reduces the investment in pallets.
Fully automatic vs. semi-automatic
Fully automatic fly ash brick machine controlled by PLC system is very easy to use and efficient for high production. While semi automatic fly ash bricks machine is controlled by pushing button, which means each step is done by pressing a button. This type of machine costs less than a fully automatic one.

Fly Ash Brick Plant Details
We provide a comprehensive range of equipment and units for easy, efficient and high quality brick production.
Raw material for fly ash bricks manufacturing:
- Fly ash as the main constituent
- Sand/stone dust
- Solid bricks
- Hollow bricks
- Porous bricks
- Paving bricks
- Interlocking bricks
- And more
Fly ash bricks manufacturing process:
The production process consists of batching and mixing of raw materials, preparation of pallets, mixing of coating material, brick molding process and curing.
Raw material is mixed with, in the required proportions by batching machine and weighing hoppers, to produce an uniform mixture. The mixed materials are then conveyed to the brick making machine from where high quality bricks are continuously made. At the same time, pallets are fed into the machine to store and stack the freshly molded bricks. If you need to produce bricks of a certain color, pan mixer and belt conveyor are provided to process coating material. The finished bricks on pallets are taken to the curing site where bricks are usually cured by water spray. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days for curing.
Ancillary equipment that you may need for fly ash bricks making:
- Cement silo
- Screw conveyor
- Cement and water weighing hoppers
- Batching equipment
- Belt conveyor
- Concrete mixer
- Pan mixer
The equipment used in the fly ash brick production line is largely determined by the requirements of the customer. For instance, the mixing system can be simplified if you have no strict requirements on the ratio of raw materials. Whatever your requirements, our well-experienced engineers and sales manager will figure out the most suitable and economical solution for your project.
1. How many staff may I need for a fully automatic brick production line?
At least 6-7 people are needed, including 1 loader driver, 1 mixer operator, 1 pallet feeder operator, 1 brick machine operator, 1 forklift driver and 1-2 coordinators. Of course, it depends on the specific conditions of the production plant.
2. How do I select the right equipment for my project?
You can talk to one of our experts who will assist you to select the right equipment for the job, but first you need to specify your required brick making plant specifications such as production capacity, brick type, brick size, order quantity and ancillary equipment by filling out the contact form or sending us an email. Then our well-experienced engineers together with sales manager will propose the most suitable and affordable solution. If you are unsure as to which type of equipment is right for the job, please do not hesitate to contact us.
