Q&A

1. How does a concrete pump work?

The machine uses high pressure to continuously transfer concrete mixes along pipes. Specifically speaking, high-pressure oil outputted by the main oil pump is distributed into the main cylinder through the sequence valve, so that the piston is pushed forward and backward, thereby allowing concrete to enter and exit the concrete cylinders. At the same time, the swing cylinder drives the swing arm under high pressure oil, thereby driving the S valve to switch between the exits of the two concrete cylinders. Through the continuous reciprocating motion of the concrete cylinders and the switching of the S valve, continuous suction and extrusion of concrete is realized, thus completing the entire pumping process.
