Systems of Automatic Concrete Batching Plant
Combining the uses of a variety of equipment and systems, the batching plant is able to produce high quality concrete for your project.
Storing system
- Aggregate storage: generally, aggregate is stacked in the open air.
- Cement storage: cement is stored in cement silo, and there are different types of silos, such as welded type and bolted type. Our cement silo is designed with a digital display that can accurately show the cement remains in the silo.
- Admixture storage: the admixture is stored in a steel structural container.

Weighing system
- Aggregate weighing: you can choose from concentrated weighing and individual weighing. Whether it is centralized or individual design, weighing sensors and microcomputer control are equipped to ensure the accuracy of weighing.

Concentrated weighing system features low cost, which is commonly seen in mini and small batching plants, such as AJ25 and AJ35.

The individual weighing system delivers higher efficiency and greater precision, thus it is a popular option for large concrete plants.
- Power weighing: the weighing of cement and fly ash.
- Liquid weighing: the weighing of water and admixture.
All these weighing are conducted at the same time. Through computer control, dose these ingredients in a proper proportion. You can enter the ratio according to your specific needs.
Conveying system
- Aggregate conveying: there are two ways for aggregate conveying: belt type and hopper type.

The belt type provides high efficiency and long conveying distance. It is more often employed for more than 60 m³/h output production.

The hopper type features low cost and small footprint, but it is not as efficient as the belt conveying. It is used when the output production is lower than 50m³/h.
- Powder conveying: screw conveyor is commonly used to transport cement and fly ash in the cement silo to the weighing hopper. It consists of three parts: the conveyor body, the inlet and outlet, and the drive unit. The device is made of high quality steel for reliability and durability.
- Liquid conveying: water and admixtures are separately delivered by a pump.

Mixing system
Concrete mixer is the heart of the whole batching plant. There are a number of different types for you to choose from. Typically, JS series double shaft compulsory mixer is used to produce an even mixture of concrete, and also ensure the quality of the mix. It features stable operation, short mixing time, high automation and longer life of wearing parts.
We also manufacture other types of concrete mixers to meet your individual job requirements, such as electric concrete mixer and diesel concrete mixer.

Control system

It consists of control room, power cabinet, weak power console, air conditioner, etc. PLC with computer provides a fully automatic control.
Pneumatic system

It mainly includes air compressor, air rope, pneumatic triple piece to provide compressed air.
