ABM Series Brick Making Machine Configurations

Large: such as ABM-8S, ABM-10S, ABM-12S. Combining the uses of several ancillary equipment including 100T cement silo, screw conveyor, PLD1200 batching machine, JS750 concrete mixer, pallet feeder, belt conveyor, JQ350 pan mixer and stacker, it constitutes a highly efficient cement brick making plant for large-scale production. Pallets used for storing finished bricks can be made of PVC, bamboo or fiber. Wooden pallets are not recommended since they are easy to rot with water. Thickness of pallets: PVC25-30mm, bamboo 25-30mm, fiber 25-30mm.

Medium: such as ABM-4S, ABM-5S, ABM-6S. These brick machines are usually delivered with 50-100T cement silo, PLD800 or PLD1200 batching equipment, JS500 concrete mixer, pallet feeder, belt conveyor, JQ350 vertical mixer and stacker to form a medium-sized production line. Thickness of pallets: PVC20-25mm, bamboo 20-25mm, fiber 22-25mm.

Small: such as ABM-3A, ABM-3S. The difference between the two is the control system. Model ABM-3A is controlled by joystick, while ABM-3S is controlled by PLC system. These small brick machines usually works with JQ400 or JQ500 mixer, 8m belt conveyor and stacker for small-scale cement bricks production. Thickness of pallets: PVC18-20mm, bamboo 20-22mm, fiber 20-22mm.

How to Make Cement Bricks?

Raw material used to make bricks: cement, sand, slag, stone, etc.

End products: solid bricks, hollow bricks, paving bricks, interlocking bricks, etc.


Cement bricks making process:

  1. Raw material preparation: raw materials are batched and weighed in the required proportions, and thoroughly mixed in the concrete mixer. The even cement concrete mix is then transferred to the brick machine by a belt conveyor.
  2. Pallet preparation: pallets are transferred into the block machine by a pallet feeder. The auto pallet conveying and feeding units can be installed for reducing labor and improving working efficiency.  
  3. Coating material preparation: JQ series mixer is used to thoroughly mix the coating material, which then will be sent to the brick machine to make bricks of a certain color.
  4. Brick making: raw materials are continuously compacted and molded in the cement sand brick making machine to produce high quality bricks. The freshly molded bricks are stored on pallets, which then are transferred to the stacker by block conveyor.
  5. Brick curing: the bricks are sent to curing site for curing.
