Advantages of Using Belt Type Concrete Plant
- Large output and high work efficiency
- Twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer is adopted for uniform mixing and high efficiency.
- Modular design, fast installation and commissioning.
- Computer control, easy operation
- Conducive to ecological protection.
Main Components of Belt Type Concrete Batching Plant
Powder storage system – cement silo.
Material weighing system – aggregate weighing, powder weighing, water and additive weighing. For large concrete batching plants, individual weighing is typically utilized for high work efficiency and high weighing accuracy since the weighing of aggregate can be performed at the same time. Electronic scales (weighing sensors) and microcomputer control are also used to ensure the weighing accuracy.
Material conveying system – belt conveyor for conveying aggregate; screw conveyor for delivering cement and fly ash.
Mixing system – twin shaft concrete mixer is used to improve work efficiency and ensure uniform mixing. The mixer liner is made of high manganese alloy, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
Control system – fully automatic control: PLC with computer, which can print various reports and reflect details clearly; semi-automatic control: control panel, low cost.
Pneumatic system – air compressor, air rope, pneumatic triple-piece.

How To Improve The Production Efficiency Of Your Concrete Mixing Plant?
The efficiency of concrete plants is determined by many factors. In addition to the model and performance, the production efficiency of concrete mixing plant also depends on daily operation and maintenance.
- In order to ensure the mixing quality and efficiency, you can use an excavator to overturn to balance the content of the raw materials.
- The location of the concrete batch plant is also important, especially whether the transportation in the working area is smooth. You should not only consider the loading efficiency of the loader, but also ensure that the transportation vehicles will not stagnate and block, and the vehicles should not affect the construction on site.
