Automatic Batching Plant Equipment And Systems
- Storage system
Powder (cement, fly ash) storage: monolithic silo or bolted silo
Admixture storage: stainless steel container
- Weighing system
Aggregate weighing: batching machine is divided into two categories: centralized weighing and separate weighing. It mainly consists of storage hopper, weighing bucket and conveyor belt. The centralized weighing batching machine can be made with 3 bins or 4 bins with only one weighing bucket. There are three sensors on the weighing bucket. The separate weighing batching machine is generally made with 4 bins, each equipped with a weighing bucket and three sensors.
Powder weighing: the weighing of cement and fly ash.
Liquid weighing: water and admixture weighing


- Conveying system
Aggregate conveying: belt conveyor or hopper can be used to transfer aggregate to the mixer.
Cement conveying: screw conveyor is used to transport cement to the weighing hopper.
- Twin shaft concrete mixer – JS series
JS series concrete mixer is able to produce large volumes of high quality concrete, which is ideal for ready mix and precast concrete industries. This powerful twin shaft mixer delivers even agitation, fast mixing action, low noise and rapid discharge.
- Pneumatic system
The system consists of air compressor, air rope, pneumatic triple pieces. It is used to provide discharge propulsion.
- Control System
The control system mainly consists of control room, power cabinet, weak power console and air conditioner. The reliable control technology is intended to maximize the plant production rate. PLC with computer can also save and print various report data, and the details show clearly.

A range of auxiliary equipment are available, such as wheel loader and concrete pump.
